I Love Moving Through the World

I started moving in a dance studio at the age of 4 and haven’t stopped since. I am a professional modern dancer and fitness trainer in San Francisco. When I am not in the dance studio you might find me at the gym, the park, or anywhere I can run, jump, and twirl.

I believe workouts should be effective, efficient, and energizing. You will leave each workout feeling like a better version of yourself.

I professionally perform for LEVYdance and FACT/SF. I also hold a BFA in Dance Performance from Chapman University. I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and have the AFAA Group Fitness and TRX trainer certifications.

My Movement Philosophy

Whether you are a professional athlete, office worker, stay at home mom, recovering from an injury, or enjoying retirement you have the ability to seek knowledge for your own wellness and achieve your current fitness goals. I focus on mobility, stability, strength, and balance. With a combination of all four elements you should be able to move better, work more functionally, and achieve your personal fitness goals. A great workout should be effective, efficient, and energizing.
